Just after the successful ASEAN summit, and after the ASEAN Tourism Meeting, massive riots against Thai people & business in Cambodia. Why? Alleged comments made by Suwanan ``Kob'' Khongying, a Thai soap opera actress. There is a bit of sensationalism in the press here..I think this story should be thoroughly checked first. More demonstrations are being scheduled, and there are tanks on Mao Tse Tung Boulevard as I write this. I'm fine and my friends are fine. Once Cambodians realize they're attacking their largest trading partner, I think things will calm down. Here's hoping calmer minds and cooler heads will prevail.
