We've got Mekhala, the Khmer version of Firefox.
And Moyurea, a Khmer email client.
Most of my friends who've learned to use computers prefer English programs, why start over? My hope is that younger students, expecially those using the provincial Community Information Centers, can try these out and get hooked on them.
