Hi Stefan, I'm fortunate to have some friends in Deutschland, that's all it is.
And I'm happy to report not only are books and novels more available than this story would indicate, there is also now a TV show (via TVK) on novels! I will try to get a press release about it and post it.
They have done about 10 45 minute shows so far, concentrating mainly on classic writers.
It seems to me that there are more and more attentions from German media on Cambodia. Recently I have a contact with a Singapore-based German TV reporter who hopes to run story about life in Cambodia.
