Saluton!
Okay, what I want to know is who’s teaching Esperanto in Phnom Penh? The School of Pedagogy advertises it. There used to be a sign on the airport road advertising lessons as well. And the picture below was from a Kindergarten. What wacky person thought this artificial language would be of use?
In other news, recently went out to the new Wat that Lok Ta Preah Gosananada is building in Khien Svay. It’s huge, well thought out, with lots of different Buddha statutes. It’s recieved about $25 million in donations from overseas Cambodians, and is a great group effort from the Buddhist community. Should be quite the tourist attraction in a few years.
For work, will be doing a bit of web-monkeying in the near future, which should be entertaining.
