Revised power cut schedule
Waterfront area Phnom Penh, post Chinese New Year:
Even numbered days, power cuts from 6am to 11am.
Odd numbered days, power cuts from 12pm to 5 or 6pm.
Based on hearsay. No guarantees there won’t be other cuts. Still, the length of outages is going down a bit, which is a good sign.
(Man, I’d hate to be manning the ‘customer support’ line for the electric company.)
