I wouldn’t see much point in buying a degree, I’d prefer to earn it.
In Cambodia, there is no independent accreditation body to monitor & evaluate schools and Universities. (There is a standard procedure for government registration/accreditation.)
Cambodian schools go to great lengths to bolster their credibility by having a ‘cert’. The most respected credentials are foreign credentials.
Distance certifications are becoming quite important in Cambodia today.
Billboards advertise qualifications from India, Malaysia, Australia. And many schools take names that sound like legitimate branches of foreign accredited schools.
