It's a bird, it's a plane... it's a bird.
But not just any bird - Supermoeun, 'Superchicken', the anti-bird flu mascot that appears in pamphlets and animated commercials.
Rough translation: "Only you can prevent Bird Flu", "Keep Cambodia free of Bird Flu".
