Simil La Internacia Lingvo Centro ankoraŭ estas ofertanta (al) ke plej internacia de lingvoj, Esperanto.
Mi memoras malnovan Phnom Penh Poŝton artikolon de la 1990aj jaroj ke not Esperanto faris debuton tie ĉi… kaj iuj ŝajne estas daŭre kun ĝi. Congrats!

Looks like the International Language Center is still offering that most international of languages, Esperanto.
I recall an old Phnom Penh Post article from the 1990s that noted Esperanto made a debut here… and some people seem to be keeping on with it. Gratulojn!
