Ordnance Detonated Near Russian Boulevard

Apparently multiple home-made bombs were found on Russian boulevard and CMAC (Cambodian Mine Action Centre) was called in to detonate it safely. And that’s about all I know at the moment. Full story to follow tomorrow AM, along with all the pundits weighing in.
