The US Embassy is closed in Phnom Penh, due to potential terrorist attacks. It already looked like a prison from the outside…now it is a prison for its staff.
I don’t like crazed fundamentalist bombers but Americans have a way of freaking out that just puts other countries to shame. Sigh.
