    Hard tomake a blog about schools in Cambodia. Seems like most
    every school here is owned and operated by a CPP member though.
    That would explain their non-attention to excellence. ELT International
    School in Phnom Penh is like a processed meat factory. Halls crowded by students eager to buy their education, teachers desperate to
    just make and save the money to leave the cuntree.
