a lecture by Geoff Ryman, World Fantasy Award Winner
“Telling Cambodia’s new stories”
at the Buddhist Institute

Registration 8:30 am,
lecture, questions and answers 9:00 am to 11:00 am

Mr. Ryman is visiting Cambodia for research and to conduct writing workshops.
He will discuss writing skills, publishing in developed and developing countries, research, and fantasy writing.

Writers, researchers and the general public are welcome to attend. Mr. Ryman’s talk will be presented in English and Khmer translation. There will be a short question and answer session after the lecture.

Mr. Ryman has won numerous awards for his work in Fantasy and Science Fiction, including the World Fantasy Award in 1984 for his fantasy novel about Cambodia, ‘The Unconquered Country’.
