Khmer language blogs tool from KhmerOS
The Khmer Software Initiative (www.khmeros.info)now has a *free* blogging tool available for the public.
Bloggers can choose Khmer language or English. This is a great step forward, and could lead to a lot more direct expression. How many people will join the conversation?

The system is still being tested – (in programming terms it is ‘in beta’). The individual blogs can be linked to, but seem to have a group RSS feed.
Looks like a lot of effort was put into preparing this. Don’t these folks ever sleep?
