UFOs Spotted in Phnom Penh
Oh wait, it’s just kites.
Every afternoon near the Independence Monument, kites are the new craze.
I think it’s in part due to the availability of cheap kites, but also it’s free and fun.
The weather and wind are just right, the skies are starting to get crowded!
