Most of my prior Cambodia Weblogs list (see below) are by expatriates writing in Cambodia.
Meanwhile, ‘Rice Bowl Journals’ is an ‘Asian online journal community’, and lists a heap of blogs written outside Cambodia by mostly ethnic Khmers.
